Electric Water Pressure Pump

BEFOREINSTALLATION AND USE, CAREFULLY READ THIS INSTALLATION AND USAGE MANUAL

1. Any failure to comply with the contents marked on the safety warning signs may result in personal injury, water pump damage, and other property damage. The factory shall not be liable for any responsibility or compensation for this.

2.The installer and operator must comply with local safety regulations.

3. The user must confirm that the installation and maintenance of this product is carried out by personnel who are proficient in this manual and have professional qualifications.

4. Do not install the water pump in damp or potentially splashed areas.

5. For maintenance convenience, a shut-off valve should be installed on both sides of the inlet and outlet of the water pump.

6. During installation and maintenance, the power supply to the water pump should be cut off.

7. The circulation of domestic hot water requires the use of copper or stainless steel pump bodies for water pumps.

8. Non softened water should not be frequently replenished in the heating pipeline to prevent an increase in calcium content in the circulating water inside the pipeline, which may cause blockage of the impeller.

9. It is prohibited to start the water pump without pumping liquid.

10. This pump can be used for drinking water.

11. The pumped liquid may be high-temperature and high-pressure liquid. Before moving or disassembling the water pump, the liquid in the system must be drained or the shut-off valves on both sides of the pump must be closed to avoid burns.

12. If the exhaust bolt is removed, high-temperature and high-pressure liquid will flow out, and care must be taken to ensure that the flowing liquid will not cause personal injury or damage to other parts.

13. In summer or when the ambient temperature is high, please pay attention to ventilation to prevent condensation and electrical faults.

14. In winter, if the pump system is not running or the ambient temperature is below 0C, the liquid in the pipeline system should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking of the pump body.

15. If the water pump is not used for a long time, please close the water pipe valve at the inlet of the water pump and cut off the power supply of the water pump.

16. If the motor is found to be hot or abnormal, please immediately close the inlet water pipe valve of the water pump, cut off the power supply of the water pump, and contact the local dealer or service center immediately.

17. If you are unable to troubleshoot the water pump according to the instructions in this manual, please immediately close the inlet water pipe valve of the water pump, cut off the power supply of the water pump, and contact your local dealer or service center immediately.

18. This product should be placed out of reach of children. After installation, isolation measures should be taken to prevent children from touching it.

19.This product should be stored in a dry, ventilated, and cool place at room temperature.

20. If the power cord is damaged, in order to avoid danger, it must be replaced by professionals from the manufacturer, its maintenance department, or similar departments.

Operating instructions

AUTOMATIC MODE

1: POWER ON, THE SOURCE INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS ON.

2: PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON, START, AND THE AUTOMATIC INDICATOR LIGHT WILL REMAIN ON.PRESS+OR-TO SWITCH BETWEEN THREE GRADES, THE GRADE INDICATOR LIGHT FLASHES, AND THE FACTORY DEFAULT SETTING IS THE 3RD GRADE.

3:IF THE FAUCET IS TURNED ON TO DISCHARGE WATER, THE WATER PUMP WILLAUTOMATICALLY OPERATE ACCORDING TO THE ABOVE SETTINGS. PRESS+OR-TO SWITCH BETWEEN THREE GRADES. WHEN THE INDICATOR LIGHT IS ALWASY ON. IT INDICATES THE GRADE

4: TURN OFF THE WATER, AUTOMATICALLY STOP THE PUMP, AND THE AUTOMATIC INDICATOR LIGHT WILL REMAIN ON.

5: PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON TO STOP WORKING. NEXT TIME YOU PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON TO START, THE SYSTEM

WILL REMEMBER THE LAST GRADE

MANUAL MODE

1: POWER ON, THE SOURCE INDICATOR LIGHT REMAINS ON.

2: PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON, START, AND THE AUTOMATIC INDICATOR LIGHT WILL REMAIN ON.

3: PRESS THE MANUAL/AUTOMATIC BUTTON TO SWITCH, TO MAUAL MODE THE MANUALINDICATOR LIGHT WILL STAY ON, ALL THREE GRADES INDICATOR LIGHTS WILL BE ON, AUTOMATICLLY INTO 3RD GRADE(MAX LOW) PRESS+OR-,CAN SWTICH 3 GRADES,WHEN THE INDICATOR LIGHT IS ALWAYS ON, IT INDICATES THE GRADE.

4: PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON TO STOP WORKING. NEXT TIME YOU PRESS THE ON/OFF BUTTON TO START, THE SYSTEM WILL REMEMBER THE LAST GRADE.

5: NO WATER FLOW SIGNAL DETECTED DURING MANUAL MODE OPERATION, IT WILL SWITCH TO

AUTOMATIC MODE AFTER 30 MINUTES OF OPERATION.IN AUTOMATIC MODE AND MANUAL MODE, PRESS THE SWITCH BUTTON TO FREELY CHOOSE BETWEEN MANUALAND AUTOMATIC MODES.

GRADE INDICATOR LIGHT

THERE ARE THREE INDICATOR LIGHTS ABOVE THE PANEL, THE LOWEST INDICATOR LIGHT ON,

INDICATING 1ST GRADE (MINIMUM FLOW), THE SECOND GRADE INDICATOR LIGHT ON, INDICATING 2^ND GRADE (MEDIUM FLOW),AND THE THIRD GRADE INDICATOR LIGHT ON, INDICATING 3RD GRADE(MAXIMUM FLOW). USERS CANSET THE GRADE ACCORDING TO THE WATER CONSUMPTION.

MEMORY FUNCTION

AFTER EACH POWER OUTAGE, THE SYSTEM HAS A MEMORY FUNCTION AND CAN AUTOMATICALLY RESTORE TO THE STATE SET BEFORE THE OUTAGE.
